As I mentioned in my New Year’s resolution post, I have never been one to work out on a regular basis. Time is such a precious commodity and I have found that, since having kids, I put exercise on a much lower priority. Summer months are easy to fit in some activities with walks, bike rides, and trips to pool and park (all kid friendly activities). Once the colder months hit here, I really struggle with getting real exercise in. This year, I really wanted to make a change. I definitely wanted to improve my physical health and feel more in shape, but a huge motivating factor was to simply carve out a little bit of time for myself. Working part-time, having 3 kids, and playing care giver…there isn’t a whole lot of time for just me. A couple months ago, I started going to Pure Barre – and I am obsessed! I feel great and energized after my classes. I love getting a little break in there – only if it is a couple days a week. My goal has been to go to class 3 times per week. Sharing some fun work out wear (and lounge wear) that get me inspired!!
