I just love dressing the kids for Easter – especially when it is in late April and the temperatures allow for true spring clothing! Something about the pastels, florals, and soft fabrics makes me so happy! I always try to coordinate us in our Easter looks (and all holidays, if I am being honest!). Village Pointe where I always head when I need to pull together looks for our family.
This year’s Easter look is full of light blue, white, and blush – insert heart eyes! When dressing the kids, I often mix items from different stores – which is why shopping at Village Pointe makes things so much easier! I also tend to mix price points – if I spend more on a dress, I will pair with more reasonably priced shoes or accessories. Gotta save some for my look too! 😉
Harper’s dress is from Janie & Jack – my absolute favorite place for Easter dresses. Her bow is from Claire’s and shoes are from Old Navy. Elle’s cute short set and hair bow are also from Janie & Jack and her shoes are from Old Navy. Her adorable Easter earrings are from Claire’s. Hudson’s adorable suit and shoes are from Janie & Jack. His white shirt is from Gap. Purse and sunglasses are from Janie & Jack. All of these stores are at Village Pointe!
How gorgeous is this silk dress from Banana Republic?! I love the soft fabric and, of course, the blush color. It also comes in a light blue! This dress is very versatile – I plan to wear it this summer to several occasions and think it will look great dressed down with flat sandals. I highly recommend trying this dress on in store – I wore a size smaller than I would have ordered. For this Easter look, I paired it with nude heels from DSW (these heels go with everything!!) and cute earrings from Old Navy.
The kids LOVE Easter egg hunts – we actually have several before Easter. They love to hide the eggs for eachother and it is just the sweetest. While shopping at Village Pointe, I found lots of goodies for their baskets! The girls both got jewelry and bows from Claire’s and Justice. Hudson got a new soccer ball from Scheels. All 3 will be getting summer necessities like swimsuits, goggles, towels, and flip flops. Village Pointe is the best place for me to get these as I can find them all there at places like Old Navy, Gap, Justice, Scheels, and Carters!
I can’t wait to see everyone’s Easter Sunday posts sharing their sweet families celebrating the special day!
